Cross Country

 We have been practising and developing our cross country running skills at school very afternoon. We have set goals and have though about how we are going to achieve our goals before the cross country competition in week 4 of this term.

Liv aims to ...........

  1. Jog around the school 5 times  

  • Don’t stop

 

  1. Run 2 kilometres after school everyday

  •       Pace yourself 


  1. Come top ten in cross country  

  •       Train everyday



Lara's goals are to.....

1. run fast to Achieve our goals.

2. don’t stop running.

3. don’t run really fast or you will get the stitch from running.
